Doe's anyone know if they will build an 05 mustang gt pacecar? because in the past they have build the gt,cobra,ect... like in the mid 80's 90's now its about time to do it aging with the 05 mustang gt. they usely build a few hunred. if anybody knows anything will they!

NASCAR has been using the 05 Mustang as a pace car for at least a couple months, including the entirety of this past weekend at the Ford 400.

I've seen the new Mustang as the pace car several times this fall.It was either that or the Dodge SRT truck

The only thing better would be to see a pack of IROC '05 Mustangs on the race track ! How 'bout it, Ford ?

Remember most or all mustang pace cars paced the Indy 500, if that happens they will build one, or offer the sticker package.
