2005 V6 Premium wheel on an 01, will it fit?

Hello,

I'm looking at a set of premium wheels off an 05. The add says they have a 39mm offset and 215/65/R16 tires.

Can anyone say if these would fit okay and 01 V6?

I did some searching. It looks like the stock 01 wheels may have a 24mm offset? Does that apply to the below stock style of rim?

You should search this topic. Others have tried it, and yes they will fit, but they will require spacers to avoid being too deep in the wheel well (and rubbing).
Spacers will require longer wheel studs. It's not as strong as using wheels that are designed for your vehicle, but it should be OK for street use.
