Hey y'all, upgraded the drive shaft in my 65K mile 2008 Bullitt (got the Ford Racing 1-piece)... there wasn't anything wrong with my OEM shaft... just wanted to change. Also, I've been playing with axle-back mufflers and now I think I know what I want to do, but wondering if y'all think there's an interest/market for the used take-off parts... or if it's not worth the trouble and I should just recycle. The drive shaft is in fine shape... again, only took it off to upgrade. I've got the original Bullitt mufflers and a set of Borla S-Type 11750s that were only on for less than a year (and I don't drive much). It's a southern car... so metal is all in fine shape. Think I could get half the value of new? More? Less? Curious as to y'all think because if it's pennies on the dollar, it's not worth the time to try and resell... but if I can get a decent amount... Plus it just would be a sin to not put these parts to use because there is so much life left... thoughts? A while back I tried to sell other take-off parts on Craigslist... I was successful in selling the wheels and tires, but no one wanted the radiator and fan (I was at <60K miles and upgraded to... you guessed it... Ford Racing parts). I finally just recycled the rad and fan after wasting 3 months. Maybe Craigslist is a bad idea, but I believe that StangNet charges to sell stuff, right? Kinda' new here... mostly I read stories and opinions. so interested in yours...
