So at the moment I'm torn on what to do weather to go supercharged or not on my 2010 4.0. The biggest thing is being cost effective. So far the best bang for the buck is Moddbox Supercharger kit +Eaton M90. My concerns are is it worth the money to do it? I'm looking at a 3k investment. I had my heart set on a X-charger from explorer express however I found that they are no longer in business, and it's out of my budget. I can't even find a used one. The Moddbox is the cheapest, but using a M90 from a 95 Thunderbird and looking at the Dyno sheet they provided didn't even break 300hp. I have bolt ons (intake, shorty headers, bama race tune) My goal for my car isn't going to be a GT killer, but something that will put me into my seat when i smash the gas and for it to have that supercharger whine and a head Turner. Also something that's not going to blow my motor with the stock internals. I already know there will always be someone with a faster car and deeper pockets. Suggestions?
