My 2012 GT/CS Mustang ac touchscreen has been acting up, It will click where I didn't touch and today I found myself in the system settings by accident and while trying to leave the screen it selected a mode that tried changing the type of vehicle configuration as well as the year of the car and I found the right year mustang but it selected a 2015 instead, immediately my dash lit up like a Christmas tree and both the AC and radio screen immediately turned off, it now continuously chimes, the speedometer is stuck at 140mph, tachometer stuck at 7krpm, and all gages bounce around. She drove home perfect but I don't want to drive it again with said issue, I couldn't find an answer on Google so I appreciate any advice! Thank you in advance!
