20amp fuel pump fuse blowing

i need some help tracking down this gremlin.does anyone have a wiring diagram of this circuit?cant check pin 11 at the ccrm cause the fuse blows soon as the key is turned on.there is no power at the pump or inertia switch,and the pump will kick on when jumped w/ 12v source.doees anyone have any ideas of where to look or how to trackdown this monster any help would be much appreciated.
