2100 RPM Idle...

Every now and then my 2.3 will stay at 2100 RPM's when I come to a stop after driving. The engine is warmed up when this occurs. It doesn't happen all of the time just every now and then. I don't think my throttle is sticking. I've cleaned out my throttle body and checked my throttle cable and they look fine. Anyone ever have this happen before? Do you think it could be my Coolant Temp. Sensor acting up?

I have had a similar problem. But mine would olny idle at 1500 RPMs. I went back and check the IAC and TPS and endup replacing them and it seemed to fix the problem. So I would suggest checking those two things.

Happens to me occasionally but hasn't in a while (knocks on wood). Check your IAC and TPS. If they're dirty clean them up and see how that goes before you replace them.
