23 psi with Kenne Bell

What type of power should a 03 Cobra be lookin at with all bolt ons including longtubes with a Kenne Bell makin 23 psi?

that much boost needs other mods to see it's full potential. the 2.6,2.8H are designed to flow with cams and heads versus stock cams and heads....which is why there was the 2.2 and 2.4.
