Your trans is not controlled by the ecu
You can run an A9L in an auto... no reason why you couldn't run an X3Z in an auto...

Everyone always talks about the timing tables... but they aren't that much different between A9L, A9P, and X3Z.

anyway to make this work and run alright??? what fuel pressure?

It will work done it on my fox, only problem is it's kinda sluggish on bottom end from loading up. Bbk makes a 76mm mass air calibrated for 24s it's 250$ I think on American muscle but yes the stock will work but you want get full potential
