I'm wondering if I can avoid changing from the stock 19 lb.injectors to 24 lb.which would also require a new MAF.I have Ford Racing 303y aluminum heads, cobra intake (both not yet installed)and am about to purchase a BBK 65 mm throttle body and their unequal shorty headers. It is strictly a street car.The only mods completed so far are a Magnaflow catback and 3.55 gears. With all of the planned mods, will I be over the horsepower limit of my stock injectors and fuel pump?

I saw no mention of a cam. Without it, your 19s should be fine for now. Once you settle on a new one then you will likely need to swap out injectors and meter.

Your fuel pump will deliver what you need at stock fuel pressures. If you find yourself in a situation where you're having to ramp up fuel pressures then you may need a slightly larger pump. I doubt you will be in that situation though.

I'd go with the adjustable and I'd bump your pressure to about 42lbs, that should give you a little more fuel, higher if you start to see your plugs running any color other than dark brown to black. That is a substantial gain in air flow potential and it will end up running you a little lean at stock pressure.

I can't say for sure on that one. That was one of the first things I did was when my factory fuel pump died I replaced it with I think it's a 110 liter per fuel pump. I think their are a lot of guys out there who are still running the factory pump into the 300+ horsepower range but it sure wouldn't hurt as long as you match it to your build. Some guys always think bigger is better and lose sight of matching parts in their project.
