Well for my AFR heads, I use Autolite 3924's...I believe 1 degree cooler than a stock plug. I'm not running stock style plugs though.
I have them gapped at .045. I could probably go "larger"...but it runs fine where it is at.
Oh yeah, on 93 octane or 91 octane. It was my daily driver for 3 years until a couple months ago...it seen every situation possible...I had no problems on pump gas. I never modified the fuel...just straight from the pump
