Anyone have any experience with 265/40/17 tires on the stock 17x8 gt rims?

Looking to get some new tires and found these on tirerack.com on special, anyone know if theres a problem with rubbing with that size?

currently i have 275 in back and 245 in front with no problems.

They will be almost 1/2 inch smaller than stock. speedo will be off and increase the gap between tire and fender.
