Anyone running 265's on their stock gt 17 inch rims? Im looking at a set of 265/40/17's but I see the they recommend a 9 inch rim. I want to make sure they will fit okay before I get them, thanks.

I'm running kumho supra 712's size 275-40-17 all around on stock bullit rims. No rubbing anywhere.

Just wondering why your getting 265's? Seems kind of pointless to me. Go with 275's.

Not to hijack the thread, but I'm thinking of going with 275s, what tires are reasonably priced?Traction is not that big of a deal considering I have drag radials on a spare set of wheels.

My car has been lowered 2", and I want all 4 to match. Im pretty sure 275's would rub.

GTvert01: I'll be getting new tires shortly and have been looking at the Hankook Ventus HRII. My local tire shop said I could get in and out for $475. High quality H-rated 250/50s for my daily ride.
