Would there be any problems putting a set of 275/40/18s on 18x9s rim in the back, on a 03 gt with steeda lowering springs? I'm trying to minimize the fender gap.

you shouldn't run into any problems. but i have heard of a few people run into a few problems with a aftermarker cat-back, but since it doesn't apper that you have one, i think it wouldn't be a problem

I've got a SLP but it's basically straight piping. Thanks for the reply.

That tire is over 10'' wide, but is relatively the same in overall diameter. It should work fine on your 9'' rim.

St. Charles? Good deal. I live in St. Louis. Do you know any places around here to pick up tires?

I have 245/45/17's in the front, and 275/40/17's in the back. no rubbing whatsoever. Looks great! The wheels are 17x9's.

No problem at all - that's what I'm running on mine now.
