My wife lovers her 65 fastback. Takes the kids to school, does the shopping, that kind of every day stuff. My question is, what would be the easiest way to Fuel Inject it?

the holley projection, it will add about 20-25 hp/TQ, 2-4 mpgs, easier starting, smoother idle etc.. adjustable from the drivers seat and bolts on any 4 bbl aftermarket intake. I have one for sale 300.00 and it bolts on in about 3 hrs but you need to run a return line to the tank.

i'd suggest the holley pro-jection too but i'd go with the new commander 950 system.

you can set it up to use with a 5.0 style TFI distributor or leave the ignition control function off and it will just run the fuel. personally i'd use the ignition control but for a stock or mild driver it's not absolutely necessary.

BTW, this is the same system i plan on using for my 69 cougar project once i get the stang sold and can actually start in on the coug.

there are a number of different systems on the market today. it will depend on how much you are willing to spend, and how much work you are willing to do. the megasquirt system is the least expensive, but requires the most work, including setting up your own fuel maps. the stock ford system is the most complex, but adaptable system, an dthe most parts are available for it.
