2nd gear

My car is a 95 gt with an automatic. i have a chip in it that had changed shift points and it shifted harder and quicker. its been in the car for months now. but after a race last night i pulled over and when i went to leave it hesitated to go. then as i was goin back into town it wouldnt shift out of second tell areound 3000 rpms. check tranny fluid. nice clean color and plenty. nebody have ne thoughts

make sure the chip is seated correctly...it might have came loose.
