i am thinking of swapping out the 2v for a 04' cobra motor. has anyone done this? i want a new engine for my car but a long block for a blower combo is around 8400 dollars and I can get a 04' complete cobra engine with transmission for 3000 grand! i just wondering is the swap hard?
Thats an awfully good price. I am a sceptic so be sure to go through that motor and tranny completely before paying up. There is someone on this board that got a "built" block that had 3 or 4 bad pistons... sometimes a deal is just too good.
As far as the swap, I am sure you will need the computer and associated wiring and a lot of patience.
