Has anyone ever swapped their 2V for a 03 or 04 Cobra 4V like this one http://www.stangstore.com/Merchant3...ry_Code=ENGINES. Also will it fit an 01 4r70w tranny and what other parts would I need to make this work? I figure by the time I buy a KB and a forged long block I would have about the same amount of money in it.

it will bolt up to a 4r70w, however you will have to build up the trans a lot to do it. check out svtperformance.com there are guys there who have done it.

If your gettin a 03/04 cobra motor you really dont' need a forged block they can hold some serious horses. If you can afford a forge bottum go for it.
