3.73 gears

Are these good gears? I hear people talking about not getting the Motive gears which in the FRPP part number there is an M at the end. This however has a "K" what does that mean? Im not looking to pinch pennies I want the best gear combo so even if there is something better than this kit someone show me. Thanks for your help

Motive gears tend to have noticeable whine. FRPP has little to no whine at all and are one of the best for our cars. Do you have a tuner? If not, you will need one or you can just go with a speed cal if your not modding your car after the gears or going FI.

Heres a good kit from AM

I do have a tuner actually, Im also getting a KB its on its way right now actually. These arent the motive gears are they? What does the K at the end of the part number mean? All i was told to look for was an A or an M and I was told not to order the gears with the part number ending with an M

Not sure what it means, I got my FRPP 3.73's from American Muscle and had no problems with it at all, whine and etc. FMS and FRPP are exactly the same thing and will work fine.
