Just got my car back from the shop last night. I had my FRPP 3.73's with a master install/bearing kit put in. Original owner had obviously never changed the rear fluid as the shop owner said it was like gel (this goes to show that people probably should be changing out the rear fluids every once in a while). New bearings all around the rear + those gears REALLY woke things up with the auto trans. I got the car home UPS had dropped off my JLT true cold air intake. What a nice looking kit! Massive black PVC piping. Drilling holes for my IAT meter and also for my wet spray nozzle. Pulled out the fender/wheel liner to get the install clean and tight. Took the car out for a spin and once the motor heated up I noticed that my air temp had dropped more than 50 degrees from my old set up. I was previously using a BBK short ram (straight shot) that was pulling air from the hole in the fender but was obviously getting major heat soak and hot air. I went from about 120-130 degrees of intake air temp to 80 degrees of intake air temp. Major improvement. The SCT Livewire also showed a nice RWHP/RWTQ gain - but I'll not post any estimated numbers until it actually gets dyno'd with the new intake and steeda UDP's. Overall I would highly reccomend the JLT CAI - awesome product - and the gears really woke up the car.
