The 1994 3.8L and 2004 3.9 L are essentially the same engine other than some internal differences that changed displacement slightly. I believe only the stroke changed. Externally, it’s the same as the 3.8L
that means the bellhousing is the same for all 1994-2004 v6 mustangs.
