Nope, the 3.9L is a variation of the Jaguar AJ-V8 4.0L

Is there a bell housing and flywheel for 5 or 6 speed manual trans

For which engine? A bellhousing for the 3.9L? You need to be specific as to what you are doing? Do you want to put a 5/6 speed in a Lincoln LS? Or a Thunderbird?

The engine for the Lincoln and T- Bird are the same ? looking to put in something else

The 2-seater 2002-2005 T-bird uses a Lincoln LS 3.9L DOHC in it.

Unfortunately the only transmission mated to the 3.9L is the 5R55W which is a 5-spd Auto


The other variants of the 3.9 do have manual trans options..but they will prob be expensive to find. They came in Jaguars.
