I have been looking for one in the San Diego area too. My previous car was wrecked, and I am back in the Ford market. I was planning on getting it from Mossy Ford . I see they have some 04 Saleen's that have been sitting there for a while. If I can't get the 05 I want, I might try to strike a deal on an 04 Saleen.......I can get A plan pricing on any Ford I buy. I guess if I have to order it, I can wait....

Mossy's a good outfit if you want to wait. Buying last year's model is no fun, unless you are on a budget, then it rocks. If you want to import a 2005 from Texas let me know, and I will give you the names of the dealers that will sell at invoice. PS, I used to live in Temecula. Back when you could buy a house for $80k! That drive in to San Diego will kill you. Although, I could see the merits of going 100+ in between Temecula and Escondido. Not that I would ever recommend that. WhooohooTake care, L.L.

Thanks for the tip.....I had a modded 2002 Maxima Se , so I have tested the i-15 between Escondido, and Temecula..... .....I just got an email response from Mossy, and they are telling me that with a 500 deposit, they can order me the exact one I want. They also said they have a list of some GT's that are coming in, and I can take a pick of one of those.....I also asked they guy to try and find me an 04 Cobra if possible. Let's see what happens......
