3" vs. 2.75"

right now im running a 3" pulley on my vortech. its making about 7# of boost on my motor. i have a 2.75" pulley and since im going to the tuner tomorrow or the day after i thought id see what you guys think about going with more boost. i was wondering how much more boost id get from the smaller pulley.
http://www.koolpages.com/potatohell/filename.html here is the dyno sheet from the last time i was there. my fuel system just couldnt handle it so all the test were cut short. you can see it went lean at 4000rpm. right now i have a 255lph intank pump, t-rex in line pump, 42# injectors and 80mm pro-m. the tuner said id get around 425rwhp with the 3" pulley. you think i should go for more boost or be happy with what i have? the bottom end is stock with about 100k miles. there is only about 7k miles on the afr165's and everything above them. sc has less then 100 miles.
i dont want to push the limit but i defenitely dont want to be slow.
any input would be great
thanks

..maybe bump it up to 8#s but you dont wanna get to or above 450rwhp they is consdiered the safe amount of power you can make on a stock block. Sure you can make more and it might take it for a while but it is a time bomb. You could maybe get away with 9# but its pushing it :nice:

^ yeah basically what I was getting at... lol maybe get a powerpipe or something I think they give you like 1# I could be wrong...I think the rule of thumb is somting like 1#=12-15rwhp..

when mm&ff did a test on the power pipe they got 4# extra. im sure results arent typical but even still........
well i guess ill run it on the dyno the way its sitting now. im going tomorrow or tuesday (he said hes not sure if hell open tomorrow) so ill post my results and a vid if i remember my camera
thanks
