3000GT vs. 95 GT

Obviously you didnt reasearch anything since 94-95 cars had 320hp stock, have a best "mag" time of 13.44, and the stealth is the EXACT same car mechanically and 90% cosmetically. AWD is awesome for street performance. You can cut 1.7 60's stock on normal street tires on the track or on the street. Obviously RWD is the best for track dragging when setup properly. Name a stronger stock awd tranny? And the interior/build quality is better than any mustang ever made. No flame just sharing information.

the 94-95 vr4's claimed 320 but it was always in question sorry i put that after the 96-99 one. i did look into them as far as the tranny goes those cars had MAJOR problems with blowing the tranny at higher HP. at 450hp a kid in my area(93 blue vr4) blew his tranny 2 days after he got all the mods done. the tranny's were not built by dodge or mitsu and they were virtually impossible to rebuild once they went(according to mitsu dealerships) besides my friends dad is a mechanic for mitsu. the tranny's tend to go at 100k miles, although YES i have seen some with more than 100k miles but alot have rebuilt(if you could find someone who could and would rebuild it) or new tranny's already. and as far as the build quality... sorry but they were rattle traps. im not sayin a stang is the greatest but the vr4's had lots of rattles and they were an EXTREMELY high maintenance car(which is ultimately why i didnt buy one). yea i didnt mean the stealth was different like totally drivetrain was identical and they do look alot alike cept for some small things. and for the 1/4 time of 13.44 i have NEVER seen a stock vr4 hit that even a new one. my buddies parents had a 99 and when that ran the BEST it got was a 13.78. that was with like 4 different drivers too, one of which who is my buddy who races in amature races at BIR(one of our drag strips) and he has a built race miata(only for racing like full complete race car, i know miatas are lame but its still cool). hes a dam good driver and so's his dad who also has been racing for years. i have seen magazines post the evo as being able to run a 12.9 in the 1/4 when the quickest it runs is a 13.6 accordin to motortrend c and d, and one other mag(tuner mag dont member the name). besides my buddy who is an amature race driver has an evo and he and his dad and myself all drove it and the fastest time was 13.6 for us. im not flamin either but i had looked it up and i did look into it ALOT and i talked to dealers and mitsu mechanics all very knowledgable and read the articles.

ehh, no.

No worse than evo or wrx trannys. Properly maintained they hold up to many high hp passes.

the tranny's were not built by dodge or mitsu and they were virtually impossible to rebuild once they went
The trannys are made by getrag, same company that made the supra and skyline trannys.

EXTREMELY high maintenance car(which is ultimately why i didnt buy one).
high maintenance, yea, dont expect parts the same price as a popular domestic
