There are several versions of the 302/5.0 depending on if it's car, truck or Mustang. They also could be different from year to year. To really answer your question we would need to know what the engine is out of.
Ok, I live in Mexico City, and I got a ´71 Chrysler, but I´m tiredd of my Slant 6 engine, so I want a V8 engine, and Chryslers V8 engines are very difficult to find in good shape, but is very easy to find very good Ford V8 engines.
So I want to put a 302 engine in my car, that the why of my topic.

Ok. You're looking at a lot of fabrication. over the years 302 have had as little as 140ish hp (mid 70's) to as high as 240 ('93 Cobra). Most 302's over the last 20 years ('85-'05) had around 180ish (F150's) to 225 ('87-'93 5.0 HO's).
All 302's can easily produce 1 to 1.2 hp per cubic inch if built right.
In your swap make it so a 302/tranny combo fits and functions first and then worry about making more power.
