Don't do it at all. Turn that 302 into a 347 using the same procedure as above.
What would be a better h/c/i combo for the 347 stroker than what I currently run on my 302?
Current h/c/i is ported stock heads, b303 cam, and gt-40 intake. I know that there are many other parts that are much better, but what are some individual opinions on what combo to run?
AFR 185 heads, custom cam, Edelbrock Performer RPM 2 or Victor EFI (depends on LOTS of things) or even a TFS Intake. Do not forget bigger fuel injectors, Throttle Body, MAF...........ect............
i agree or at least spend 2400 on a tfs top end kit. you can substitude the stage 1 cam out for a stage 2 if you call summit. i run a stage 2. that kit is complete and flows close to afr 185 heads
Oh and IMO the only reason to do a 331 is if you are an inexperianced builder as there are some things that are "special" about a 347. Opinions vary on this subject but there are two things that are NOT a concern. Built right a 347 will not use oil and the rod stroke ratio is not an issue.
If you don't mind me asking, how much power does your setup put out?
