My auto teacher is building a 347 stroker for a buddy of his but he's having a problem.He has the motor set up for a 28 oz. balencer,flywheel etc. and the crank machined for it.But when the bottom end is in the block the crank pulley doesn't line up with the water pump pulley he says that the water pump pulley is about 2 ribs in-front of the crank pulley what can he do to cure this?
