3500$ and a wanna beat a corvette with a super charger

OKay,so i got some extra cash and I wanna mod my 96 GT so it can beat a corvettewith a super,I also want to keep decent gas mileage,any idead?

Need more details about the mods your car already has namely has it had PI swap?

What about the corvette? What mods?

I am guessing that you are not going to beat a s/c vette...

Facing a supercharged Corvette in a 96GT reminds me of light-weight 165lb champion facing a a 250lb heavy weight champion. In other words, its going to be an uphill fight and the odds are against you. As Kilgore Trout suggested, we need to know the mods on both of these vehicles first. Personally, if you don't have at least the PI headswap, I don't think you're going to win with just 3500 dollars of parts. Not unless if you don't care about blowing your motor apart and run a 300 shot of nitrous or something.
