351C harmonic balancer

Hello everyone I am looking to rebuild my 351 C 4V engine for my 1973 Mach1, during the dissasembly I noticed the rubber insert in the harmonic balancer was dry rotted and falling appart, since I am ready to send my engine to the machine shop and have the crank balanced the shop owner like for me to have the fly wheel and harmonic balancer during this process. Well I have been shopping and recently on Ebay I found this harmonic balancer I need some feedback from any one who has seen or used this piece.

Send it to Glazier Nolan and get it reconditioned. You could probably get a new one, but yours is likely balanced for your engine.
