With a 351 based stroker somewhere in my future and being in need of an mid-pipe now... are there any shorty headers for the 351 that will work with a 5.0L mid-pipe? (O/R X-pipe is preferred)
I don't really want to go longtubes so that I don't have any emissions hassles... I have a catted H pipe that I use now, just swap them out as needed...
I think is question is do 351w swap shorty headers have the collector end at the same point that 302 shorty headers end at. I'd assume they do, but u never know lol. Dont think it would be too hard to modify the midpipe to make it work.
I've never seen this question answered. Hopefully someone with shortys on a 351 has some insight.
