351w swap into '99-later mustang, whats invloved?

I am going to be doing an engine swap in the near future and I thought about maybe putting it in a '99-later mustang. What is invloved? Is it just k-member or is there a lot more?

if you still need the engine I have a few 351 Cleveland motors in some Mach 1's at work. They are in great shape and run awesome. Lemme know if ya want one i can get ya a price.
