So I think the answer to your question is yes you can multiport sequentially fuel inject a 351 with mass air.
If you want to know if you can use all the same parts off the 392 setup the answer is roughly yes but it will make 302 power.
These are the things that are too small:
Fuel Pump (would also suggest a n adjustable fuel pressure regulator)
Injectors
Mass Air Meter (MAF)
Throttle Body (TB)
The lower intake will need to be for a 351
The stock upper intake is a restriction with the 302 so it will need to be upgraded
You will need some kind of air filter to MAF to TB tubing as the taller 351 will make the 302 parts mostly unusable.
The injector rails need to be further apart so the crossover line will need to be longer (do a search)
You could slap all the 302 stuff on a 351 and it would run but it will be limited to 250ish fwhp. Would be a waste of time and effort over a rebuilt stock 302 motor.
