I got a 67 stang with a 289 in it, with a auto trans. And Will it swap right in, on the motor mounts, and bolt right on with the trans?

Yup. He's right. My 67 currently has a 351C in it.

Motor mounts and bellhousing bolt patterns are the same for Clevelands and the 289-302's. Just the exhaust is different, cause of the heads.

headers

I beleive these guys sell headers for this swap,
www.fordpowertrain.com

expensive headers, but they fit well, and are probably the best headers on the market for your Ford, no matter what model you have.

Any header made for a 70 Stang with a 351C should fit the 67 also.( engine bays from 67-70 have the same dimensions) FPA's are good but as Mach1Steve said are pricey.

I have a 351C in my 68 coupe and i'm running Hooker LT's. Everything is so tight w/ the motor that I ended up having to make some torque straps to keep to motor from jumping around
