Based on your VIN you have a V6 car, the 35th Anniversary Edition was a GT only option. About 4600 cars total.

Taken from a Google search that took me about 2 minutes to find:
A "35th Anniversary Limited Edition" appearance option package came on 2,318 GT coupes and 2,310 GT convertibles.

Yup, as he stated, they were GT only in 1999.

All the 1999 mustangs got the 35th anniversary fender badge, but only 4500 or so GTs were actual serialized anniversary cars.
