39 degrees of timing hmmmm

Alright here goes I hooked the Diablo up to the terminator and did a little data logging to find out that the predator is saying I have 39 degrees of timing between 2k and 4k . Thats scary. Do you all think my predator is screwed up or is my car screwed up????? Thats waaaayyyyy advanced and I had it put on the dyno to be tuned and the guy used the predator to write the tune to the car with his PC. Thats the 2nd part of my ??? I cant get my diablo to export the tune to my PC. I have the power adapter and the serial connector going to USB but its not transfering all the info. Any help woulld be appreciated.

I have seen the same thing first hand , We had to send the prediator back to diablo for repair.
P.S. do not try opening it .

The prediator would take the tune and upload it to the pcm , but that was it .
