393 STROKER KIT. WHAT TO LOOK FOR

THANK YOU! im shooting for 450 horse. im gonna try to find one that will give me h beams anyway. for those that arent reading all the posts , this is going in my 89 that i drive daily in the summer so i dont need to go all out.

The cast crank set-up will be just fine, and it will out live the stock block

I have not had any issues with a good 4340 I-beam even over 600hp. The SCAT cast crank set-ups I use have a 4340 Forged H-beam rod.

just took the block to the machine shop yesterday and i got a decent price. 2200 for machining the block on a cnc, cooking and cleaning,stroker kit,main girdle,flywheel,balancer and balancing of rotating assembly. itll be 2400 if he needs to line bore it because of the girdle.
