What exactly do I need to build a 393 stroker? Is it a 351 block and what else? Thanks

a stroker kit form a reputable company. not the ebay ones.

I believe a 4.030" bore, with different options as far as rods like 5.956", 6.2", and 6.25" rods...

3.85" stroked crankshaft...with a 2.75" or 3" main thickness....

And it does utilize a 351 block...a 393 cubic inch engine will be a 'stroked 351'...

351W block, 393(3.85") stroker crank, 351W rods, and 302 pistons. This assuming the block is not a '69-70 with the slightly shorter deck.

I just put one together. heres my list

i have all this in a 69 block 11:1 c/r with 60cc heads
with reg 9.5 deck about 10:1
