I am thinking of putting 4:10's in my GT but I wanted to know if anyone had any info on how much the numbers improved. I have seen the videos and where the engine tachs at speed, but I just wanted to know if someone had a before and after 1/4 mile time. I have flowmasters on my car right now and that is it. I am going to the 75mm throttle boby and a CAI soon. I think I am gonna do the gears first. This is the second Mustang I have owned. I had a 1996 Cobra that I traded for a minivan (isn't marriage great!) but I have recently gotten this GT, and I think the Cobra spoiled me a little. I want this one to get up and go like the cobra. I didn't do many mods to the cobra (Bassani Offroad X-pipe/mil eliminators/Flowmasters) and I am trying to find out what the "best bang for the buck" will be. I know the gears will be the most noticable, but I would like some suggestions on where to go from there. Any help you guys (and girls) could lend would be greatly appreciated! Also the time difference if anyone has the numbers for a stock 2000 GT and then one with the 4:10's.
Thanks!!!!
