4.10s in the 1/4 mile

With the 4.10's you'll have to shift to fourth gear around 90-95mph, this depends on your shift points and will result in quicker et's. You should be able to trap the 1/4 mile in third gear with stock gears and no power adder (turbos,blowers,nitrous). Now, shifting to fourth gear with stock gears and no power adder will slow you down. If you are making enough rwhp that you are forced to shift to fourth gear a few feet before the finish with the stock gears then 4.10's are what you need so you can benefit from being in fourth for a longer time. I am still wanting to switch to 4.10's I have 3.73's but that is because it is my daily driver. 3.73's will give you a little more "ooomph!" than stock without the need to shift and shift and shift so much lol. And you have a lil' more high end for long drives without the increased rpm.

But...I still long for the 4.10's someday
