What octane gas do you run? Did you have timing retarded, and if so, how? What kind of plugs do you use?

A little OT, but how many QM passes does a bottle typically last?

And how much is a refill at most speed shops?

Just trying to see if I can justify the cost of nitrous.

Does anyone know which jet is the 100 hp one? I have doubts if it is the 42 or 55.

To refill a bottle it will cost you $30-$35. On my dry setup, a 100 shot was a 45 pill.

the kit is hooked up right, one difference instead of using two solenoids and two jets only one of each is being used. The fuel pressure doens't need to be bumped, and wet kits, that've heard of are not the best for mustangs. Thanks for your help anyways

I run a 125 NOS NOSzle shot with no issues. I would suggest getting a bigger fuel pump though.

FYI...the changed the 5.0 bottom-end after the '92 model year not '89

if your not using the fuel solenoid then it is not hooked up right

most dry kits come with 2 solenoids as well

and if your saying that a wet kit will blow up a motor yes it can happen but more times then not it cause of the user

so when your motor lets go dont come back on here and cry that nw systems suck and how it f-ed your motor cause we will all know its due to improper install

I would go with a nx kit
you can get it at www.mustang-x.com

I would get the genx2 upgrade and window switch (3000 on and 6000 off)
as well as a fuel saftey switch

I would agree that NX kits are good. But if you want to make big power go with a nozzle kit.

But what do you need to do to run a 150 shot safely? ie. what size fuel pump since I know for sure that needs to be upgraded. Thanks in Advance
