Would I swap an 03 cobra engine into a 95 cobra? Probably not.
Would I buy a salvaged 03 cobra for the right price? Of course.
It's so much easier to insert that engine and set up into a 96+ car, which are a dime a dozen.
Essentially that is all you would have, except you will have done 10 times the work.
To me it's not unique enough to make the effort and i'm not really a fan of building something you could simply buy.
As for swapping it into the 95, the pats can be disabled and you can thin out the harness and run a chip in the 03 cobra computer, no need for a standalone. It only takes a few wires to make the engine run.
I can even read codes on the odbII port I put in the glove compartment, although I never tried programming the computer through it.
