Before anyone asks...Yes I did a search, didn't find the answer I needed. I want to pull my fender GT emblems on my 02 GT, will the 4.6 emblems (like the old 5.0 ones) cover up the locating pin holes in the fender??

They might work but you'll have to use the 4 or the 6 to cover up the holes, so can't center the dot where the center of the GT was unless you get em filled. I changed my fender badging to the pony emblems and it's awesome, gives it a more retro look.

I actually like just the "GT" emblems, though my paint is surely faded pretty bad under the current "4.6L GT" emblem.

I don't mind them either, however it seems every f'ing car manufacturer slaps a GT emblem on their cars, just my .02. I think the old 5.0 emblems look great, I'm also looking for something to replace the ford emblem on the trunk lid, any ideas or pics????

I would say yes, but don't quote me on it. I would be a little worried about that stupid hole in the fender
