4.6 Engine Swap

I currently own an 07 GT with the 4.6 and naturally I would like more HP and for the most part the thought of installing a supercharger would be the route to take however I have seen that the newer 5.0's are creating almost the same amount of HP as a 4.6 with supercharger. So my question is what difficulties would I run into if I choose to make that swap?

Get the FRPP H.O. kit it will be a lot easier then a swap.
