Has anyone done and have the dyno numbers on N/A car with a 5.0 mod motor with intake (P51 or Bullitt), cams, heads, long tubes headers and all the bells and whistles? Interested to see what the HP difference is in doing a N/A 4.6 block with forged internals and all the bells and whistles and a N/A 5.0 mod motor with all the bells and whistles. No supercharging or turbocharging.
N/A 4.6 done = 330-350 RWHP
N/A 5.0 (mod motor) done = 350-390 RWHP????

you're guess on horsepower is close, but overall torque is the major gain with the increase in displacment.

You could go contact SHM, they are selling a "cammer" 5.0 engine I believe...

Check out the new MM&FF. There's a comparison between a 4.6 and a 5.0 in there.

So my question is:

Are you asking about the 5.0 DOHC Cammer, 5.0L Big Bore or 5.0L Stroker?

Sorry, but if you are talking about a 2V, you are going to be hard pressed to get much more than 350rwhp out of it.

A 4V Big Bore, no problem.

I agree, that is exactly what the 5.0L DOHC CAMMER is.

I disagree, Ken B from Modular Depot dynoed 371 HP with his 2V N/A setup. I am pretty sure once the Big Bore catches on, it will surpass 400 RWHP N/A. I also think the Big Bore will make 350 RWHP and be very streetable.

As to answer the original question. I don't know what an all-out stroker N/A would make. I haven't really researched that option. To me the stroker is not an option if you want to stay N/A.
