Just seeking some kind of idea since finding a motor for an 03 mach 1 is almost impossible. So the original block has a broken head bolt in passenger rear of the block. 1 shop said they cant pull and also saying that a cylinder is 5 thousand out of round. Would it be worth sleeveing the block and doing rods and pistons? i have all original parts for the rest of the block plus replacing the wear items.

You can source one from a Lincoln aviator, would be the same exact engine as an auto Mach - cast vs forged crank is really only difference. Or rebuild this one if it's out already. If you want more power rebuilt is certainly the way to go, if you want a stock engine and can find a reasonable low mileage one (getting harder to your point) then go that route.
