OK i am doing a 5.0HO swap in my 1982 bronco father/son project. the truck currently has an anemic 135hp 302 2barrel. although being 27 years old it probably is only making 26 hp now lol. anyways i am retaining the truck being carbuerated. i already have a 600 cfm Holley 4barrel. now im having problems finding a intake. what kind of 4barrel intake should i look for? this truck does make weekly visits to off-road trails and such so i do need low end torque

the funnel web is like a vic jr and it would be for hi rpms and its a single plane intake. to keep the tq at low rpm i would do a dual plane intake

now i know i9 wont get the same types of gains obviously since mine is a 302 vs 347 but with a small lower end targeted cam along with a dual plane intake with a 600cfm carb i could realistically get, say, 25 hp more then the oem specs of 225 for a total of 250 or even more?

also i have the chance to pickup an oem 1984 4 barrel intake from a mustang. is there any benefit to pick that one up on the cheap?
