I have a 93 LX coupe that I put a 427 in and would like to use the stock tach for now. Can I put a resister in line to get it to read correctly? Has any one done this?

If you can figure were to put the resistor, have at it... Some tachs had a 4-6-8 cylinder switch on the back.
