I bought some parts form this guy and he had this in his garage. He's a good guy to deal with if anyone on here is in the Roanoke Va area. He lives right of I81 in Roanoke. Thought I'd pass it along if anyone is looking for a 4 eyed coupe project.

From what he told me it was solid. Yeah I would love to but my money is going to an 86 t-top hatch now.

No its not a for sale thread and no I'm not buying it. I simply bought some parts from this guy last week and I happened to see this same car in his garage. I just thought if anyone in my area was looking for a 4 eyed mustang this would be a killer car to pick up for a good price.

What is up with all you guys with the "for sale thread" stuff. This is the second time today someone said that. What are you guys the sale nazzi? This is obvious the guy is not buying the car or selling the car if you just took the time to READ!

Its an ad posted for someone selling something. How is this NOT a for sale ad. I didn't say it was YOU selling it...

Maybe some of the other choice members should READ before they too jump to conclusions.

Enjoy your thread guys, and good luck to your friend and trying to help him SELL a car in the 5.0 talk section!

Eh ... it's a borderline for-sale-thread. Could be regarded as one of the many "hey, look what I found!" threads we see all the time, or just as easily could be a "hey, my buddy is selling this, come buy it!" kind of thread. I'm not a mod, so ... whatever.

Hey, here's a novel idea! How about we leave the moderating up to the mods?

Excellent idea!

And by the way I don't even know the guy I just bought a front end off of him, saw the car in his garage, and noticed that he had put it on craig's list. I thought this forum was a network made for a group of people with a love for a certain type of car. That'll be the last time I post a thread trying to help any fellow member of the mustang world find anything.

If the mods thought this an inappropriate thread I'm fairly certain it would have been yanked by now. It's been posted for almost 24 hours.

Hope "this guy" sells the car you posted an ad for!

Enjoy!

Did you ever stop to think why this was on the 5.0 talk board? If I was selling it for the guy wouldn't I put it on the classified boards? Or for that matter wouldn't the owner of the car put it on the classified boards?

Too much arguing.

Too hard to determine OP's motives.

If the seller of the car wants to sell it on Stangnet, let him register and post it in the Classifieds.
