408 stroker.Need Carb input.

Need some help with carburetor recommendations. Just completed a 408 stroker motor. Block is a 69 351W with a stroker kit from coast high performance. Heads are TFS 64CC CNC Chamber. Cam specs are Intake 359@valve:574 lift Exhaust 372@valve 595. I currently have an edelbrock 750 carb, but my car bogs down when pulling off in first gear. I have a 5-speed tranny.

Double pumper or vacuum?
there is a cam thing on the linkage that works the squirters, with the engine off, look down into the front part of the carb and move the linkage a little and see if it squirts fuel.
i'm sure there are some members here that use carbs still, it a process to tune one, make sure your power valve is good, float levels are correct.
is it new or used?
Oh, Rue Paul is a tranny, t5 is a trans or transmission, just say'n.

Vacuum. New carb and tranny is a Tremec 3550.

You'll check for Rue Paul? Why? He knows nothin bout carbs, cept maybe they are bad for you.
seriously, do you have much experience with those carbs? The website used to have a video help page.

I'll check the website. Not much of a carb guy but can turn wrenches with the best.
